YOU PAY ONLY 2.5% PLUS $2000 AND IS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE SELF-DIRECTED SELLERS WHO REQUIRE MINIMAL BROKER ASSISTANCE. $1000 IS PAID TO CHOICE REALTY AT THE TIME YOU LIST YOUR PROPERTY FOR SALE ON THE REALTOR MLS AND IS NON REFUNDABLE. 2.5% OF THE SALES PRICE PLUS $1000 IS THEN PAID ONLY AT A SUCCESSFUL CLOSING.

We NEVER would have our seller or homebuyer clients sign a Dual Ageny Agreement which would limit legally our level of professional service to you.
Choice Realty would NEVER charge our seller/buyer clients an extra added broker administration fee. You need to be aware that many Realtors today will charge their sellers and also their home buyer clients a separate broker administration fee at closing in addition to the large sales commission they also collect. This extra “add on” fee can range anywhere between $350 and $600.

Many Realtors today will have you sign a binding arbitration agreement at the time you sign the purchase agreement to sell or buy property. Arbitration is NOT in your best interest but rather in the best interest of the large corporate real estate broker. Choice Realty would never permit our seller or homebuyer clients to limit their important legal rights and options by agreeing to binding arbitration at the time the listing contract is signed.
